Faces

Mr. and Mrs. C. and their new edition.

The beautiful Natalia

Big Brother Joseph

A lovely Family . . . A Very Special Day
This is Judy's son John and his family who live in Colorado.   They even let me play great-grandmother.   Judy is so generous, loving and loves to share.  A memory day.
A day to present you to your name day...a child of God......a saint's name???....a family name?    ......are you happy with your name?   A lot of folks would choose something different...but what???  Not an easy things to do.

Sheila met up with some friends in Boston, of all places,  she had been to Quincy to return that car she drove across Canada and down to New England.   She had lobster at every stop she could find and she is now just beginning to feel a bit homesick so will be catching a flight home this week.   A wonderful vacation and I am betting she is  already planning to save up for the next vacation trip .

Speaking of faces....and age.....These folks have been around since 1928.  I seem to remember they looked a lot nicer;  but then didn't we all??

Now that is a truism.
Thank you all for your prayers and good words.  Patricia came through her six hour testing fine.   She will have to keep a check on herself as she starts the new pill and it is a daily one and one that will make her 'tired'  ... a word she often uses now as M.S. leaves you exhausted all of the time.   The pill has been around for about five years and there are some good tales and it gives hope to those that have this insidious disease.    She did not have heart problems , didn't turn yellow with jaundice, and came home hungry so she and Christine picked me, who played with Emma all day, and we had dinner at the Lighthouse.   I had a canapĂ©....puled pork, tiny sandwiches that were very, very tasty.   The girls shared a hamburger as they are huge and had a small salad , then caught me up with the details of the experience of the day.   I do have to report Emma was a jewel.   We had about six walks along the back yard pathways;  played catch the ball, did that pulling of a toy which makes me crazy as I am afraid of pulling her teeth out.   We had our lunch and some rest time as well.  So  we are all tired tonight and ready for early bed time.

So, be sure you give your doctor and dentist a jingle and make an appointment for your check up.   Stay healthy and happy and work at being the best you can be.    Remember to be kind and loving and you will stay happy and be to busy to catch anything but smiles and sunshine in your life.   Again......my sincere thanks for your kind words and prayers.   Hugs to all.
